VIP Portal / Guest Distribution Model
Many venues supply our VIP application to enable asset holders to manage event planning, catering and merchandise orders, and ticket sharing.
Users can add a guest's name and forward tickets.
Guest optimation and reporting are not enabled at this level.
Where a company is a regular user of "Events" as a part of a Merkting or sponsorship strategy. You likely need to determine and validate guests invited to attend such events. These might be both external; or internal stakeholders.

By recording all the guest activity and providing a full contact system, you can analyze and report activity in Event Hub.
By synchronizing your data from other CRM systems you can promote and optimize significant contacts for prioritization.
By using our Guest preferences RVSP module we can capture guest preferences to preselect the right guests for the right event.
Share assets to employees via Web pages embedded in your company website.
Build a "Pull system" rather than push (invites). Our Event Board.
Tag your Events by tier - Send staff requests for Gold Tier - highly valued events - to your B list for approval.
Automate ticket sending for lower-tiered events by automatic approval and automatic sending,
Whilst Event Hub does not wish to replicate tools like EventBrite - there may be reasons why you wish to connect with the Public and sell or issue tickets. Examples might include
Event Hub starts with Tier 4. An events portal provided by a single Venue for catering and ticketing. As provided by a venue, the features are focussed on Venue outcomes, like sharing your tickets and accepting catering and merchandise orders. This application is funded by our Venue partners.
Event Hub provides a commercial module to many teams and Venues. As part of the use of Event Hub Commercial, we also allow limited Free Use of our VIP system under “fair play” rules. As you can see, at higher tiers, the VIP system is valued very highly by many of our Large corporate partners, and the use above the below can be secured under the same terms.
Under these allowances, a team may;
Enables combined Venues to be used across a venue group. This enables a single login for the group of Venues.
Only Connected Events (Events from linked venues) are available in all Tier 4. x Tiers.
Tier 4.3 is the first Tier where customers contribute to the cost of build and use.
